Removing Enhance Text from a Block

When we get base files from our clients, we need to go through a process to clean-up the file. As part of the clean-up process, we delete all the text on the base file. There are several blocks and dynamic blocks that contain enhanced text attributes. As these blocks are multiple times in the file, I would like to remove the enhance text attribute from the block so that it deletes the text in mass. How can I delete this attribute and the text?

redefine the block and strip out the attributes, then run ATTSYNCH

To be a bit more accurate, open the block in block editor, select the attributes you want to remove and delete them.  Save and exit block editor.  Then run the ATTSYNC (no 'H') and select the block.
