Radius Constraint Grip not moving with block _ Help!!

Hi everyone,

I have come up with an idea to show my lift radius for my crane layouts, it 95% ok it can get out of shape at times, but my main issue is the radius constraint grip's don't move with the block, would love for these to stay in the mid of each arc they are for.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Use two Aligned Constraint Parameters instead of the Radius Constraint Parameters. The outer Endpoints of the both Constructiion Lines are coinzident constrained to the midpoints of the arcs.

... and if you want to fix the grips of the Angular Constraint Parameter to the middpoint of the both lines, try this (improved? you did not ask for that) version: Don't add the Angular constraint parameter between two lines, but to three points (you don't need the arc, it is only added for a better understanding)

Hi Jürgen Palme

Thanks for this your a star, am struggling to make a second one on your file, its the centre padlock that is locking at the top but when a try to add this after I mirror it, it selects the small line instead of the long line. and none of the grips stay in place is there a way for me to add this padlock easy at the top of the long line.  Thanks
