Problem rotating Middle Centre Text in a dynamic block

I'm busy updating my companies palettes and i've come to this problem when creating a dynamic block with a 90 degree increment rotation using middle centre text. when i place a point parameter and move command on my text and i rotate my block 90 degrees my text now covers the line on my block. I'm looking for a way to have a rotating block but with the text moving out an additional 30mm when in the 90 and 270 directions. I have included a .dwg of what i am talking about.

if my block (A) is set as such and i rotate 90degrees then it will appear as (B) but i want it to move to (C) instead on that rotation , back to original at 180 but then back to (C) when at 270.

how do i achieve this? is it a point of making multiple point/move parameters and chaining them to the rotation parameter or is there some other way ?

help would be appreciated , if someone could walk me through the process

How about creating a Property Lookup Table as shown below:

To avoid overriding, make sure to set Rotation Parameter Number of Grips value to 0:

Please see the attached result.
