Parameter point not staying with leader arrow

Hi there,

I am currently working on creating a block for an equipment tag where the size of the tag is adjustable (by stretching) and there is a leader with an arrow at the end. I managed to get this working as I have hoped where the leader stretches with the tag, however, the parameter point to 'stretch' the arrow of the leader is staying in its original position after the tag gets stretched. This is therefore making it difficult to land the arrow on equipment in my drawing. I have attached some photos to explain what I mean. You'll notice in the third photo that the point which was originally on the arrow stays in the same position after stretching the tag. Is there any easy fix to this? Any help is much appreciated.
