One Stretch parameter that controls the heights of a series of objects

I have a shelving elevation block that I want to be able to change the overall height of and in doing so change the heights of the shelves. Once the overall height is below 3m the shelves reduce their spacing.

I have uploaded a block that does what I want to do by using a Stretch action linked to a double lookup but I want to eliminate the visibility element and therefore the duplication of the shelving items. I think this should be possible with a series of stretches linked together by a chain action but not sure how to go about it.

Also strangely with my attached block if I go back into Block Editor the Lookup parameter and two actions aren't visible. I can select them using Quick Select so I know they are there but it means I can't edit either of the lookup action tables. Any ideas why they have become invisible?

Your lookup parameters were hidden for all visibility states which is why they weren't showing up.

I've modified your block and it now works with only one visibility state. See the attached drawing

Thanks for helping, but that's not how I need the block to work. The overall height of the block needs to be stretchable within a height range and the shorter shelving heights triggered when the stretch hits 3m and below, as per my original block.

I turned the grip off for the Lookup as it is the stretch parameter I want to use to control the block. When I said that the Lookup wasn't visible I meant within the block editor. I can't actually see it on screen to select it, I can only use the Quick Select to check that it still exists.

I created the block with it there, I closed the block, it was working as it should and then when I went back into block editor the lookup and its two actions weren't and still aren't showing. Very strange.

Can you see the lookup when you edit my block, I inserted it centrally at the bottom? I've attached a screenshot of what I see.

I think I'll just recreate the lookup for my block and see if it happens again.

Here you go. It was just a matter of changing the single lookup to a double lookup. See the attached drawing

You couldn't see the grip within the block editor, because as I said it was hidden for all visibility states. See the image below. If you click on the icon circled in red you will see your lookups (circled blue)

Fantastic, thank you, the block is now exactly how I wanted it.

In terms of me not seeing my Lookup and actions I can't believe I didn't think to check the visibility settings. I don't know how they became invisible in both visibility states as I inserted them into one of those views initially, must have done it by mistake along the line.
