action parameters disappear out of block editor and i tried to change object visibility, but it is locked as shown in photo attached,
how can i unlock object visibility options???

Object visibility (red ring in the image below) will always be greyed out if you do not have a visibility parameter (blue ring in the image below)in your block

The grip of the Linear Parameter should not disappear if you have added an action - and you did it (stretch action).
[EDIT: But you did it wrong - see next post]
If you don't see the grip - post your file please so we can check what is going wrong. With visibility states you can not correct this behavior.
(BTW: Why did you set the Chain Action property to "Yes"?)
