Hello, I am working in Electrical 2018 as well as the rest of the office. I finished a block drawing that I have attached, when everyone inserts this through Insert dropdown > More Options > Browse we can all press CTRL to cycle through pick points except 1 person. I have tried whatever has been suggested but I cannot figure out why this 1 person can't. In Options > Selection tab > Grips panel he has the Allow Ctrl+cycling behavior checked.
