so i have a block (see attached) that i want to be able to scale up the size of the circle but i also want the line attached to the circle to scale up with the circle. then i need the ability to move the text around that circle while maintaining the line always been attached to the centre of that cirle , basically its going to be like a multileader with a circle arrowhead but with the ability to make the circle bigger by stretching the grip. is there a way to do this ?
