Multiple blocks with same visibility name

Hello all,

I know I can do this through LISP (which I will do if I have to), but I was browsing through the forums and saw close options but not quite what I need. here is what I am trying to figure out:

if I have 2 different blocks with exactly the same visibility names but on two different sheets and the visibilities contain different info, can i link those visibilities to where when i change the block visibility in block 1, it will automatically change it in block 2 to always match (ie a "block visibility sync" sort of thing)? (say, for example, block 1 is plan view of an object, and block 2 is elevation view or something like that).

Thanks, and my apologies if this has been answered and I missed it.

No.  There is not any mechanism within AutoCAD that allows changes to one block to cause automatic updates in another block.

As @Libbya if they are on different sheets the answer is no, however if they are both in modelspace and visible through viewports on the different sheets you can just select them both in model space and change the visibility state for both of them in properties
