Ultimate Goal: Weld symbol with at least 4 visibility parameters/categories/drop-downs. (I have studied various examples out there, but first I need to understand the basics before looking at the very busy end product)
After studying Libbya's 'bridge' method, I successfully created a block with two drop-downs. (See 'beam_steel' block in attached file)
When I try to create a block with 4 drop-downs, I conceptually get stuck on the fact that the method used X and Y positions. That makes sense because it was two variables for two drop-downs.
Please help me understand how I would approach my requirements using a similar method, for 4 drop-downs.
Note: I am not interested in the outdated 'vis_eng.lsp', or scaling.
I started a simplified version of a 4 drop-down block (see 'mult_vis_4' block in attached file) to provide us with a working file.
Thanks in advance!
