Mirrored attribute in dynamic block with visibility states

Good day,

I've tried everything I can to stop the attribute within the combined radiator block (attached) from mirroring. As individual blocks the attribute does not mirror, but when they are combined into the visibility state block the attribute mirrors. 

Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated as I am starting to get a little frustrated

Remove the attribute from the nested block and place it in the host block.  It will then respect the MIRRTEXT sys variable.  You can use a single attribute along with a block properties table in order to simultaneously change the visibility state and write the attribute value directly.  See screencast:
