Linking a Stretch or rotate to a polar stretch that they move each other

Is it possible that when i rotate or stretch an object one side of a polar stretch is attached to the object being moved. Like i have tried to do below where the rotate moves the move action and the grip, however the grip isn't associated with the line. IS there a way using chain link?

It is not entirely clear to me how the block is supposed to work.
Which grip should do what? Would you please explain more detailed your goal, what you want to achieve?

Yh Sorry not great at describing. With the attached one now hopefully it makes more sense.

When you scale the circle it pulls it should pull the grips of the inner lines so that it looks like the image above the dynamic block.

Try not to overcomplicate it, and don't mix parameters and constraints in the same block.

If I understand correctly, you want to stretch the point of the two lines, scale the circle, and be able to rotate to pointy lines.  A Polar Stretch can do the actions on the pointy lines and a Scale action can handle the circle.  Both of these actions can be operated by a single Polar Parameter.
