linear array - defining # of columns and distance between ??

In AutoCAD when you do an "array" an object you define number of columns/rows for the object you are arraying. How do you control that in a Dynamic Block using the "linear array"??

I have "Distance 1" defined as my "linear array" and selected the objects I want arrayed.

But when I close out of the "block editor", it auto-populates the objects in 1" increments. How is the # of columns and distance defined??

You have to use the "Action Tab" in the Block Editor and define the array...you can't "right click" on the parameter and click the "Action Selection Set" and "New Selection Set"...
