Keep linear length in annotative block.

Ok bit of a weird one.

I want to stretch a line to any length I want in an annotative block, but keep it at that length whatever scale I use.

See the attached drawing for a slightly better explanation.

Shouldn't have marked as a solution it's not quite what I want.

I want to insert the block at the correct annotative scale so the horizontal lines "stretch out". The problem is if I then change the annotative scale of the modelspace the block shrinks / grows and the lines move. See the two images below for a before and after explanation.

1:5 Annotation Scale1:5 Annotation Scale1:20 Annotation Scale1:20 Annotation Scale

I don't understand what you actually need

When I insert the block at a scale eg 1:5. I want the lines to stretch. In my original block (for example) the horizontal line is 15 long. Now at 1:5 scale that line would then become 75 long. Then I will stretch the line to what I need it to be eg 125 Now if I change the annotative scale to 1:20 I want the line to stay  at eg 125 (or whatever I've stretched the line to) and not scale up to 2500 long.

The block you posted was sort of getting there. Unfortunately I can't screencast anymore to show you what I want.

I want the whole block to scale up. but if I change any of the distances I want them to stay the same no matter what annotation scale I choose.
