Is there a way to create a block like this?

I want to create a block with let's say 5 invisible rectangles with an attribute text inside each. And when I write something in the attributes the rectangle around the text becomes visible. If the attribute is empty the rectangle should stay invisible.

This is how it should look like when I only write something in the first attribute:

Adding text to the rest of the attributes reveals the rectangles/cell walls

Is this possible to do at all somehow?

As far as I know I think that it is not possible automatically

I'm very inexperienced when it comes to dynamic blocks, but could the Distance1 property be changed with script?
