Is it possible to tie multiple linear parameters together?

Is it possible to tie multiple linear parameters together?

For instance, if I set the "Dia" parameter to 1.5, can that parameter be applied to N1, N2 and N3 without having to manually change them?

Sure.  You can add any number of actions to DIA and have them stretch the linework that N1 and N2 affect along with stretching N1 and N2.  You can do similarly to N1 and N2 so that any changes to any of them are reflected in all of them.  If you want more specific control, such as having certain ranges of values of DIA result in specific values for N1/N2, then look into how double lookups function.

Could you share a screen cast showing how to accomplish this?

My experience with dynamic blocks is very limited.

Nope, screencast was discontinued by AutoDesk.
