Insert Block into Table

I would like to insert a dynamic block into an acad table with specific different visibility state.

Is this possible, I don't see an option in the properties of the table cell.?

I would like to use this for blocks that are used for legends.

Thanks

JL

There is no option to do that within TABLE cells: you will have to "float" the dynblock over the cell and keep track of it's location, or create a set of static blocks just for this unique purpose.

In order to insert a block into a table, you right click the cell and hover over "Insert." You'll see the option "Block." This will allow you to put a non-annotative block into the table cell. If you have a symbol that is annotative, what I do is in model space, I type "block" for a command, then I resave the block I have already created with a new name and make sure that I unclick "annotative." I hope that helps!

I have recently encountered the problem with insertion of annotative blocks.  Although you have suggested a good workaround, I would be happy if AutoCAD would develop a permanent solution.  I'll be using your method until they do.  Thank you.
