Including blocks into an extract attribute table

I was wondering if there is any way to include the block into the table when extracth the attribute properties.

I create a dynamic block with attibutes and visibility states and extracted the data into a table but this table should include the dynamic block itself for easy reference. The block inside the table should have the same att and visibility state that the ones which represents.
