How to not mirror text in a dynamic block

I cannot seem to keep the text from mirroring when I mirror the block. It's a simple rectangle with text inside it. I have tried the ATTDEF (attribute definitions) tool, and it does keep the text from mirroring, but the text stacks on top of each other. I've used the "make invisible" tool when editing the block, and when I return to the model space, the text appears on top of each other. The MIRRTEXT is set to 0 as well.

Did you try ATTSYNC command on the block?

If it doesn't fix, attach the drawing so that we can see what is the issue.
