How to Create a Dynamic Leader Block That Updates Coordinates Automatically

I want to make this leader a dynamic block with flexible leader points A and B (the leader has coordinate fields).

At the end of the leader arrow, there is a point that shows the coordinate position.

I need to make it a dynamic block so the leader can move freely, and when it moves, the coordinates update automatically. see the attached drawing.

What steps have you taken to make the desired dynamic block?  What steps are giving you trouble?
