How do I decrease the spacing of each line for values on attribute?

so i want to make an attribute and display it and i wanted to decrease line spacing to be like the text in red

how do I go about setting this up?

The line spacing is a property in the text formatting window for multiline attributes:

sorry I still don't know where that is within block editor. can you perhaps give me a little bit more screen shots on intermediate steps?

See the three dots to the right of the default value?  Click those.  That will open the text editor.  If the toolbar is missing then right-click when in the editor then editor settings>show toolbar.

ok i did find the text formatting toolbar before. but for some reason mine is MUCH MUCH smaller than yours which made me believe that wasn't the right one
