Is anyone aware of a way to hide a parameter/Override in the Properties Dialog box?

I would like for this to never be changed.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

You have an action selected, not a parameter.  No, there is not any way to prevent editing of the action properties.

You can't hide it, but there are a couple of things you can do.

1. Select the distance parameter. Change the angle type from NONE to LIST and just leave 0 in there (see the image below)

2. Use a linear stretch parameter instead.

I don't really understand the goal.  Trying to prevent yourself or other users from being able to edit certain aspects of the block definition within block editor seems counterproductive.  From outside block editor, the angle offset property of an action cannot be altered anyway.  If another user is editing the block in block editor, there are an infinite number of ways they can mess it up and no way to guard against them.
