Help with dynamic block

Hi all,

New to this dynamic block thing! I want to rotate the block, but I want the text to read always horizontally and straight. I also want the distance length and other bits to follow with the inclusion of the rotate tool for the dynamic block. The two at the top work fine, but the bottom two are not working as I want them to. Could I have help on how to do this, or could someone do it for me please?

Add the distance parameters (both) to the selection set of the respective “Rotate” action.
