hatch on a linear parameter

I need a dynamic block so I can drag the vertex (image 1) up and down, but only the hatching of the drawing and the polygon lines appear (as in image 2), but I have no idea how to do this, the The distance between the hatches must always be equal.

If you have any questions about how the block should work, I am at disposal.

You don't need a block. If you draw a closed polyline and hatch it, with the hatch associative property true (HPASSOC = 1), then all you have to do is stretch the pline using the middle grips and the hatch will update.

The "lines" are not individual lines. A hatch is a pattern. If the pattern is at 45 degrees, it will remain that way. Attached is a sample dwg.

acad comes with a ton of hatch patterns. Use the HATCHEDIT command to experiment with the hatches. But if this isn't enough, you can create your own hatch pattern.
