Fixed Base Point for Universal Beam

Hi everyone
I have made a dynamic block for a Universal Beam, where the thickness, the height and the width is changeable. However, when i insert the block i want to move it by the top middle point. I inserted a base point, and it seems to work. The problem is when i have inserted my block and want to change the height, the basepoint does not change location. Is there any way to fix the point at the middle top, so you can always move the profile using this point, regardless of size?
