I'm trying to constrain an ellipse arc and it doesn't appear to be possible. Just bumped my thread if you want to subscribe to the sounds of silence.

Not really! sorry,Smiley Wink

I find it strange that theres a diverence between the side of the arc and the original rectangel, and he is not making a ellipse, it is rounder.
I also can not define the WxL with a parameter.

Thanks for your helpSmiley Happy

Attached might be what you are looking for.  It does not use constraints, though, but rather dynamic parameters/actions.

Is it also possible to do this with constrains? The width and height is a result of a calculation in my block and this is the only possible with constrains.

If i only know how to get a quarter of the ellipse with the "3 points" to attatch a stretch action.

I hope you can help me.

To your point all Circles can be Ellipses  but all Ellipses are not circles; just think that the Major and Minor Radii are the same hence a circle.

But even though to the eye it may look Circular if the Major axis is X and the Minor Axis is X-.0001 (whatever) then technically it is an ellipse.
