Editing existing dynamic block section cut

Hi everyone as stated in the subject I would like help finishing edits to a dynamic block section cut. Basically I wanted a tail on the end of our existing section cut block. I made edits to get it mostly functional but now I am having issues that are a bit complicated to explain so I will include pictures.

Almost everything works how I want it to except for 3 things, the first being what is shown in .png "section cut" the problem there is only when I move the middle point and press the flip button on the block. If I flip the block first and then move the middle point everything works fine.

The second issue is partially displayed in .png "section cut2" specifically when I move the point I want it to remain stationary in the location I placed it in and the stretch command to only stretch the end of the tail. Right now if I move the point as shown and stretch the tail, it pulls the point with it and changes the angle of the middle connecting line the further I stretch the tail.

The third problem only happens when I am copying the block within a program and try to stretch the tail and then flip the block. If I flip the block first before stretching the tail the problem goes away (very vague I know it is not my biggest concern and may be fixed by correcting the first two issues)
