Dynamic Stretch to Control length and Rotation

I’m having trouble with a dynamic block.  It has a rotation and a stretch parameter that’s working as it should.  The stretch is used to control the aiming point of a flame detector.

I want the stretch to also control the rotation and that’s the part that I can’t figure out.

I think I need a Point Parameter at the end of the stretch along with a move parameter, but I can’t figure out how to make these work with the rotation parameter.  I suspect that I will also need to turn off the rotation grip

I haven't looked at your block, but what you need is a polar parameter with a polar stretch attached to it. This will allow you to rotate and stretch your block.

As I understand your issue, you want to drag the end of the line to any destination point and get as result the angle of the detector. (I don't know why you have restricted the allowed angle to a range from ... to ... ).
Attached an example how that can be done.

As you see in the video, sometimes it happens that you can drag the endpoint only in the horizontal direction. In this case you must grab the grip a second (or a third 😞 ) time - then it works.
I know, it is not as comfortable as you perhaps expect, but a better solution I can not offer.

Here an other suggestion attached. Does it be more acceptable for you?
