Dynamic Section line issue

Hi I have issues with dynamic section line in rotation,can anybody suggest a solution to it.Thanks in advance!:)

Not too sure about the text, but all you needed to do was add a flip action to your block. See the attached drawing

About mirroring - you can't mirror block if you want to mirror one part of block (graphical part) but another part not (attributes). You must do it with dynamical features.

There are many soliutions - I offer 2 rotations instead of 1

About text (attributes) overlaps. You use attributes and each attribute must have unique tag.
