Dynamic leader

Hey all, firstly, thanks for all the help you always give.

here is what I need to do, and its way above my head.

I need to make it so when I drag an attribute around  an object,  the leader adjust so that it does not overlap the object or the attribute text

Here is the closest I found,  but I need it to be a normal arrow leader, and the tip of the arrow needs to move around the circle that i have drawn just like it moves around the box in the above link'd example

here are a couple of starter concepts

If you want more precision with the arrow angle you could add move point moves or point params with stretch actions

It would be easier to keep the arrow aligned without the chained point move as you could add a flip parameter to the block  see the polar move concept . . . 

Hopefully these will give you some ideas on how to proceed
