Dynamic Callout Block

I would like to be able to take my Callout block (attached below) and as I enter the text above the line have the line stretch with the text so I don't have to mess around lengthening/shortening the line every time I enter new text. I am sure it can be done but can't think of how.

Just an idea...

I don't have a method of manipulating objects for this to work but what I've done is something to get by. I simply put an underline with the text and aligned that with the other line.

you can add %%U in frot of any text and that will do it. I don't like this but until I am able to get into it this is my compromise.

You can do as Jarred suggested or something like either of these old tags I developed.. - just added a simple dynamic grip or two...
