IMO you don't need a Dynamic Block.
- Create a standard block
- in the Block Editor add an Attribute Definition
- in the field "Default" pick the right button "Insert Field"
- choose in the Field Names list "BlockPlaceholder"
- choose in the Block reference property list "Position"
- at the right deselect the buttons X and Z
- choose any Format if necessary
- close the blockeditor and save the block
An example you find attached. Move a block anywhere. after a Regen the value will be updated.
If this is not what you are looking for we need some more informations what you want to do / to get.
BTW: "Dynamic Block" is a very useless subject for a new thread in the Dynamic Block forum.
