Dynamic Blocks: Use command line stretch command

Is there a way to use the command line (or ribbon menu) stretch command to stretch a block?  This would be instead of, or in addition to, a stretch parameter/command built into the block.

I have a set of dynamic blocks used for schematics with related boxes, connectors, and wiring, but the acceptance has been mixed because the blocks do not stretch with other drawing elements (lines, rectangles) when the user tries to stretch a section of the drawing that includes the dynamic block.

Perhaps helps you to select the block(s) and adjust its Scale-X and/or its Scale-Y value in the properties panel.

To stretch only a part ofa block reference is only possible with the Dynamic Block tools. Let us see example(s) what you need that for please.

Apologies, this was intended as a response to Jurgen's post but can't delete it or connect it.

Maybe I misunderstand your response, but the objective is to select and stretch multiple blocks and other drawing elements with a single command.  The blocks have stretch parameters built into them, but the resistance comes from users who find it too much work to select the blocks and use the individual stretch handles for each block.  Adjusting scale in the properties panel seems like it would be more work and could cause other problems.

The stretch command will only work to move a block regardless of whether or not it is dynamic.
