I'm busy at work at the moment. HOWEVER, take a look at the attached drawing. I've put a block in your drawing called folding doors. If you take a look at how that works and fits together I believe it does what you want your block to do.
The XY parameter is in there because it can constrain movement to either horizontal or vertical. Take it out and see how the block breaks without it.
