Dynamic block hatch Problem (bug)

Hi,

In this file I attached here are blocks ( correct and problem)

I'm created block with  Autocad 2017 . And using it without any of the shown problem in the block in my computer. 

But some other users  are facing this hatch problem issue on another visibility modes. They save file in Autocad 2007 version as per client requirement. It does not show issue if I save in 2010 of further. Please does anyone have answer for this .

Looks like your (problem) hatch is associative to the outline in your default (VISIBILITY) view. You'd need to have a separate hatch for each view state in order for this to work the way I think you are attempting to.
