Dynamic block - Flip then stretch

Working on doors with multiple hinge visibility states.

Trying to get a flip on the hinge, which is simple enough. But being that the hinge, after being flipped, is now on the side of the door that is being stretched with a param set. It won't stretch with the door.

Aware a visibility state could be created for left swing, right swing. But would prefer to not being a shorter visibility list and a single param set create, imo, cleaner functionality.

Is this achievable or a pipe dream?

Yup, it's possible.  There are a couple ways to do it, but the simplest way I know of is what I have shown in the attached screencast.  You could do it without the additional chained move if it wasn't for the fact that a flip does not recognize the difference between the angle offset of 180° and 0°.
