Dynamic Block Driving a Dynamic Block Position

How Can I constrain a grounded Dynamic Block to a second Block Dynamic Block. 

I am using dynamic blocks with different Viability States and would like the second dynamic block position to change

position when changing visibility states of the first Block. I lose my constraint when the first block changes Visibility.

Isn't that more of a function (and possible limitation) of the CONSTRAINTS tools in the program? Not the creation of Dynblocks, the topic of this forum I suspect.

Can you share a container file showing your blocks and constraints in place now?
