Duplicated objects when using pseudo multiple visibilities.

when I use the "bridge" method to create multiple visibilities I will often get errors that autocad fixes during recovery.  Then after the fix, ACAD will duplicate all objects on the top visibility except any parameters.  I'll have go into the block and try to delete the duplicated objects. Often I'll delete an object that is part of an action so I have to reassociate it.  It's kind of a pain in the ass.  But when it works it's awesome which is why I even bother.

I have attached a file.

Good day.

Not sure if it is duplicates or objects that is not hidden in the selected states.

As I see in the dynamic block rotate is assigned to some objects in a state and some not, but at the same time the not selected items are not hidden in the state. So in turn if you rotate it will show a second object below it.

Is this the problem I could totally miss understand.

Usually to reset the block just re-add it and change will take place or regen it.

In this case seems not to be the solution, might be hidden items not hidden ?

This is basically what's happening to me.  Doesn't seem like ACAD knows why it's happening. At least I know I'm not going crazy lol. Thanks!
