Duplicate Tags & values in Attributes Definitons

Hy Bosses, 

Can any body help with this issue, i am facing duplicate tags & values in attributes if anybody know about this issue kindly help me.

I am attaching pictures & cad file along with this post.

I have only 4 attribute definition in battman command as well as in block editor menu but when it comes to model it is showing duplicate copies of attributes.

Once any changes have been made to the attributes like editing or deleting you need to sync then using the command "ATTSYNC" to reflect these changes.
