Detail Callout- Stretching an Arc

Hello,

I'm pretty new to Dynamic Blocks. I'm creating a Detail Callout with two visibility states, one for an arrow and another for an arc. I'm having an issue getting the arc to stretch the way an arc should. I don't know if I'm using the wrong parameter, but I'm trying to stretch the arc from the end so it may fit around each custom item being called out. Rather than stretching, it tends to keep it's orientation and move on the xy axis. I hope this description makes sense. Any tips are greatly appreciated!

1. Stretching your arrow head IMO doesn't work properly. What do you want to move - the arrow head or the horizontal line with the attribute?

2. What should happen when you "stretch" the arc? Do you want to change the radius or change the arc angle or ...?

Can you show us an example how the block shoud look after "stretching"?

I would explore scaling vs stretching the arc.  I think you'll have better luck.

The hits just keep coming, guess I should of looked at your dwg first.

Look at the Hex Tag in the attached drawing.  It has a lot of the leader-stretching functionality you're looking for.  It may give you ideas on how to get to your end-target.
