Customize a Multileader as dynamic block

Is there any possibility to manage a multileader like a dynamic block, which allows you to set:

-angle type in a list instead of 360° free rotation

-distance type in a list not free stretch.

Any suggest will be Appreciated

You can actually manually type in angle and distance and it will place the leader at the correct location

eg

Start your leader and then type 2<36 and hit return. 2 is the length of the leader and <36 is the angle.

Thanks hwalker showing this option, but actually I am using isometric drafting for piping project, I am frequently using this type of multileader with a block content, so this option looks not sufficient in case or I am not master it yet, because each time I need draw and move the multileader after choosing angle and length.

I have attached a snapchat which I use a manual palette.

You said hit return, is that mean undo or something else? and do we type the inputs before or after clicking on in the model space?

Return is just another name for the Enter button
