I am currently trying to make a custom leader, as shown here.

The circle is fixed in size, and through visivility I can choose between 1, 2, 3 and 4 lines, wgich all has to allign with the center of the circle, and I can drag each line to its specific point.

I want the lines to stop at the circle, but still alligned to the center, is there a constarint where this is possible?

I would not use any constraints.  I would use a polar parameter for each line.  Associate a polar stretch action with each polar parameter and have the polar stretch only stretch the outer end of its respective line.  See attached.

If you need further assistance then post your block file with your query.
