Creating a Dynamic block for floor plans that change based on the front elevation or an option bought by client

I have created a dynamic block where the floor plan changes based on client selections. To make it easier on me I created all the options then added each option to the dynamic block using visibility states. I moved each state to the same insertion point. When doing this a lot of items disappear or have issues. I thought the issue would resolve itself after I inserted and selected the option I wanted and then exploded the block. But it did not solve the disappearance.

What is happening and how do I resolve this issue. I can't waste any more time trying to figure this out.

Here are 2 screen shots

One is all the floors and scenarios I used in the blocks

The other is the block inserted and exploded. You can see the walls by the pantry and bath have disappeared.

No screenshots here.

And - one dwg file would be much more better than 10 images.
