Create Block with point attributes and add to all points

Hello,

I am not sure how to do this or even if AutoCAD can do it, so any help will be greatly appreciated, In AutoCAD is possible to make a dynamic block and add to all points that shows the attributes?

Example:

Point                          Lat                Long             Name

1                          -8.002334º                 23º         dsfsdfds

2                          -9.0038948º              35º         hghhtgh

3                        -10.233444º                 23º         tghtyuj

I want a Block to be added to 700 points that shows next to each a table with the respective attributes.

Is that possible to be done with AutoCad, it seemsto be a basic feature but I can't find where and how to do it.
