Controlling draw order of wipeout or hatch in dynamic block

I'm trying to create a dynamic block using a stretch and array action and would also like to cover objects behind the block. The block consists of a rail with slotted holes, the stretch action lengthens the rail while the array action adds the slots. I've tried to include a hatch or wipeout to the array action and as I've seen in other posts the array draws last and unintentionally covers the block. Including the hatch to the stretch action does not allow me to see through the slots. Is there any way using any method to accomplish this? Thank you!

Here you go.

I changed it to 3 hatches (you might be able to change it back to one. And then just arrayed the lines and the hatch.

I changed the stretch to a move just to move the right hand line.

Also I copied the lines to the clipboard before I did the hatch and then deleted the lines after I did the hatch and pasted them back from the clipboard so they would be on top

Thank you! This is something I have tried but when I remove the hatch transparency there are tiny gaps between the lines and the hatch covers the move action line, which is why I abandoned it. That being said it looks like those issues do not carry over to the plot, something I should have checked out. It does look like the move action line is faded a little but maybe this is a plotter setting issue.

Here you go. slight update to the block. I've made all the lines polylines and given them a thickness. I've also changed it so it's only one hatch object now.
