Block with multiple lookups

I have attached a block. There is an "elbow" on each side that will rotate to specific angles. There is an option for the thickness of the line, that dictates the radius of the elbow angle. I have visibility states for the thicknesses (3-9) and want to be able to toggle between the elbow angles and the not showing it at all, with an option on either end. The visibility states are as follows: 3 Bend-2 (will show elbows on 2 sides) 3 Bend-L (shows elbow on left side only) 3 Bend-R (shows elbow on right) 3 Long (no elbows, only a straight line). This repeats 4-9

The problem I am having is with the Left and Right Selection lookups. I'd like to choose between showing the 3 different angles or straight line for each side. I have a separate lookup in the center for the thickness. Please help, and thank you in advance!!

Thank you Libbya! This is fantastic and you are amazing!!

I only have one more question. How do I get just the right rotation grip to stretch with the rest of it? When I add the rotation to the stretch parameter, it messes up the angle as I stretch it. The left side works fine. Thank you again

Stretching rotate parameters can be sketchy sometimes.  Instead, add a move action to the linear parameter and move it instead of stretching it.
