Block does not update coordinates

Hi,

i have some blocks with attributes with the X and Y coordinates for insert point. While this has worked flawless for a long time, i now have one specific drawing where the coordinates does not update when the block is moved. i have tried ATTSYNC, BATTMAN, Save, REGEN, and they are still the same. The attributes are set correctly when inserted, but with move or copy they do not update. 

I thought it might be changes after 2019 update, so i created a new drawing to test, and it works there. 

Is there some settings i might have changed on this drawing to keep the blocks for updating?

Try inserting and re-defining the block from a known good source.   I'm thinking it might be possible that drawing may have had a prior version of the block that wasn't defined correctly, or, the block has become damaged at some point.

Another thought, is it possible that you have a block in a block?
