Autocad LT stretch and array with variable quantities

I don't even know if this is possible, especially in LT, and if it is I am not sure where to start.

I am looking to create a dynamic block for storefronts that would have a variable number of horizontal and vertical divides (mullions) that would equally space within a variable front.  I realize I may need to use multiple visibility states and that's easy enough to do.

Example I would like to be able to define the block as having 1 horizontal and 2 verticals in one instance, and multiple variable values in other instances.

That is static based on length or height.  Is there a way to define it by number rather than distance?

Meaning sometimes we may have a 20' wide by 20' tall opening with 2 verticals and 1 horizontal, while other times it may be the same opening with 4 verticals and 1 horizontal.

The number of horiztonals or verticals being user defined.

Not with LT. You would need full AutoCAD and access to parameters and constraints, which LT cannot create.
