AutoCAD Block: Stretch moving in wrong direction after flipping

So i'm working on a door block for my Architectural plans and i've encountered the following problem:
I have a stretch function that changes the size of the door and it's blade simultaneously. However, i also have 2 flip funcitons vertically and horizontally that flips the whole thing but i've found out that if i flip the door, the stretch no longer stretches in the direction it's supposed to. instead, it's as if the stretch box hadn't been flipped along with the door. How do i fix this?

You probably need to flip the stretch action.  To do so, set the sys variable BACTIONBARMODE to 0.  Then add the stretch action to the flip action's selection set.
