Attribute Justification changes from Fit to Left when Inserted into a drawing

I've found this question asked a couple of times in forums but with no answers so I'll try again. I have a dynamic block with attribute text justification set to "fit". When I insert the block into a drawing, the justification changes to "left" but if I go into Block Editor, it is still set at "fit". I have done this before on other blocks with no issue but I can't figure out what is causing this. I've attached the block inserted into a drawing for checking.

One other thing, which isn't a huge deal but again I haven't found an answer to, so maybe this is a bug. I'm using Autocad 2016. After using block editor, I have a new text style with the name - {18b73a54-fa43-428c-adcb-c1c7bbdf2c84}. I can delete it because it's not being used, but not sure where it comes from or why.

Why are you using fit as a justification anyway? You have plenty of space in that area to put a load of characters with the Sheet_No attribute set to middle justification. And using fit justification will always distort text to fit the area. See the image below. The text is the same height, but the first bit of text was justified to fit an area of 10mm

@h_s_walker , thanks for the reply.  Our sheet numbers can be between 9-11 characters.  I could enlarge the ellipse slightly so that the longest would fit but I was trying to keep the detail bubble to a minimum to not overwhelm the drawing.  I was keeping the text height to .1 but I could also change it to .09 and use the Middle Center Justification.  I realize the Fit Justification distorts the text but because the difference is only 2 characters, I didn't see much of a distortion.

Hello, I found this older post because I was having the same issue.  I ultimately found that my text style was set to "Annotative".  I unchecked this setting from the text style in the block source file and I was able to place the attribute as "Fit" justification.  Then redefined the block in an existing sheet file to get the display needed.
